Haunted Humpday ~ Zombie Nails

Welcome to another addition of Haunted Humpday! My 10 year old daughter wants to be a Zombie (again) this year.

While strolling through all the awesome Halloween spirited pins on Pinterest we came across these gruesome nails and decided to give it a try.

These are the polish colors I used and had on hand for color combo's. I prefer to work with what I have already and save time and money.

Dark polish goes on first. Remember don't paint a perfect nail, you want the fresh clawed out of a grave look.

A swipe of an earthy tone

And last dribble blood red polish. I added a little sand to my wet nail for effect.

This is how my daughters practice run turned out. Pretty gross looking.
