That's right it's official the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk was recently voted the best boardwalk in America. Lucky for us a 2 hr plus road trip plops us into the land of surf, sand, and sun filled fun. On our most recent trip to Santa Cruz we explored quite a few different sceneries but today I will share the boardwalk.

Santa Cruz - Fun times!! I think I've been on The Giant Dipper before....scary! I'm so glad you went there with your kids, Holly. They'll always remember it. And that face painting picture is so cute. Your kids are getting older each time I see them. :) Enjoy this time with them before school starts up again.

DeleteThere's just something so fascinating about beach town boardwalks. I am a writer and have been working on a series set in a vacation beach town in the off season when all the ghosts come out. It really is fun to imagine what is lurking beneath the surface!
